Taught by Rachel Slater
A class constructed through robust physicality, for Intermediate and Advanced dancer. Building strength and exploring coordination and textures. Finding moments when you are on balance and relishing when you are not. Falling and fluidity moving in and out of floor. Sequentially linking one movement to the next, asking your body to never stop moving...Delicious, gigantic final phrase which draws from elements you have developed throughout class. Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Fever Ray. Let's have fun and dance and sweat. Socks or barefeet please.
August 22nd 10:00-12:00 // $12 Drop-in // $40 for all four Saturdays in August
