Rachel Slater + Suzanne Chi // Muddy Feet

Join Muddy Feet Directors Rachel Slater and Suzanne Chi to get your body moving and grooving in February! In the two day workshop, dancers will participate in a rigorous, sweaty contemporary technique class daily, investigating momentum based movement, floorwork and flowing, juicey phrase material. Each day class will be followed by an hour long exploration incorporating task-based improvisation, Muddy Feet repertory from the recent sold out production of Side by Side as well as shiatsu-oriented body work aimed at raising anatomic awareness and creating connectedness and availability to movement. Come move with us!
