Instrument of the Infinite is a 5 session, 3 in person and 2 online, self-inquiry workshop that accesses the energy of the psyche through movement, conversation, and creative rituals.

Blending Core Energetics and Dance Tracy facilitates this process with a generous and practiced container. She, along with musician Adrian Hutapea, has been developing and offering this work for many years now, and is always thrilled to see the unique way each workshop and workshop participants present. Live music will accompany the three in person classes.

For the 2023 series, focus is on qualities of Fire and Water, the themes of Monsters and Reconciliation. Through Fire we ignite space for our Monsters to courageously dance forth, and through Water we draw in for Reconciliation, a return and a unifying. Conversation, specifically crafted dance scores, writing and drawing may all be used.

No specific training is required, but since movement and dance will be a primary tool, an ability to keep yourself safe while moving is important. This workshop is a deep dive committed series. Commitment to the Monday times requested.
