Woozy workshop with Matt Drews(Seattle) + Succabass (Seattle)
Saturday June 22nd (first day of summer!) 7:00-8:30pm
Celebrate the first day of summer at FLOCK!
Woozy is an accessible dance practice fusing somatic techniques that invigorate the energetic system. Cultivate a supple curiosity to enliven healing and pleasure within the body, through a lush moving-meditation guided by Matt Drews and cuddled by textured sounds from Succubass. Eject from the norm, access lucid trance, and fade into wholeness.
Matt Drews is a Seattle based artist who harnesses yoga + dance as rituals toward communal immersion. His creative roles oscillate as connector, choreographer, teacher, and performer. He is the producer + art director of Pistil - an event that blends music, art, and performance.
