Feeling ready to expand your CI practice? Are you hesitant to offer lifts because you're not sure if you can do it safely? Do you feel cautious when offered a lift, unsure if you'll feel safe once in the air? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this workshop is for you. Class content includes:  Mechanics and physics of easeful and dynamic lifts. Affirmative consent as our CI practice becomes more dynamic.. Using the hands/arms as shelves instead of grabbers.

Pre-requisite: familiarity and some practice with fundamentals of CI, like weight sharing and following a moving point of contact

Full refund minus $10 admin fee if cancelled up until Nov 5, after that 50 % refund for any cancellation up until Nov 16. No refunds starting Nov 17.
