In this workshop we will explore experiential pathways to the body's felt sense and expression of the voice through movement, vocalization, and writing. What is possible when we allow words to arise from the relationship to our imagination and intuitive movement? What can the voice show us about inner trust? Can our sense of inner trust be strengthened by our connection to the frequency of our voice?

This space is being created from a desire Yaara and Juma have to share from their practices in improvisational performance, dance, song, writing and spoken performance work. All levels of experience are welcome.
